    Lewis and Clark County 911 Center received twenty-five calls for service during the week of Feb. 28 to March 6 in the Lincoln area. Deputies performed seven traffic stops. Two of those calls for service generated a case report in the last week: Deputies responded to reports of threats toward another's life March 1 in the 6000 block of W Highway 200.   • Transformer failure blacks out Lincoln

    A failed transformer at the Landers Fork substation knocked out power to most of the Lincoln valley Saturday night. The failure cut power to 1,321 Northwestern Energy customers in the valley at about 7 p.m. The outage lasted some five and a half hours.     The sights and sounds of vintage snowmobiles around Lincoln Saturday hearkened back to the towns days as one of Montana's earliest snowmobile destinations.
