SEELEY LAKE – Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service are seeking information on a female grizzly bear that was shot and killed in the Woodworth area south of Seeley Lake. As a prosecutor I once was assigned a case where-in the Highway patrol watched a man load up his truck with railroad ties from a pile next to the tracks. After he left the siding and was on a public road, they made a stop and arrested him for theft. Sounds like an open and shut case doesn't it? The future of recycling in Lincoln is in jeopardy as people continue to fill the paper and can bins near the Lincoln Senior Center with non-recyclable material, or with material that can be taken to the transfer site for recycling.
