    Alpine Artisans' annual Tour of the Arts, highlighting artists in the Blackfoot and Seeley-Swan Valleys, is scheduled for Oct. 9 and 10 this year to take advantage of the autumn foliage changes, particularly among the larch.     The Lincoln High Homecoming football game scheduled for Monday, Oct. 11 has been canceled due to attendance and eligibility issues that have whittled team numbers down to just five players.     Lewis and Clark County and the Lincoln Ranger District have been working with Pyramid Lumber to allow the company to haul 12- 15 loads of logs over Herrin Lakes Road.
