Thelma Louise Ray, age 73, passed away on April 8, 2023, at Logan Health in Kalispell, Mont. Thelma was born to Roy and Frances Owings in Lewistown, Mont. The Lewis and Clark County 911 Center received seventy-three calls for service between March 1 and March 31, 2023, in the Lincoln area. Seven of those calls were traffic stops performed by deputies.
