'Finally, finally, finally'

'Finally, finally, finally,' commented Lincoln Park board member Jesse Sallin, on the long-awaited installation of the new pre-cast restrooms, jokingly referred to as the Hooper Pooper. Sallin was on hand with fellow park board members Nyle Howsmon and Ernie Lundberg to watch the building's installation, which has been delayed multiple times over the past two years. Thomsoon Contracting of Libby built the facility after UBC Precast of Blackfoot, Idaho failed to deliver.

Howsman, the board's president, said the restroom fixtures and the state-mandated water chlorination system still have to be installed, so they may not be functional for several weeks. Concrete work around the building that complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act requirements also has to be completed
