Get your 11th Chair letters in to the LVCC

The Lincoln Valley Chamber of Commerce will auction off the 11th Chair at the Community Benefit to help a non-profit organization in town with a specific project.

Letters for Consideration are due no later than Oct. 19, 2018 to P.O. Box 985, Lincoln, MT 59639

Letters must include:

Contact information- Name, best phone # to call, e-mail address etc.

List of your Board of Directors or Officers and their positions

Date your organization was formed

List of club activities and community events performed over last year. (Nov-Oct)

Volunteer hours accumulated over last year (Nov-Oct)

Description of project intended to benefit from 11th chair proceeds; to include amount requesting, a timeline for the project and any other pertinent information that could be used to illustrate need

Has your club previously benefited from the 11th Chair proceeds? If so, when?
