HELENA-The Helena - Lewis and Clark National Forest is hosting a winter holidays family fund nature crafts night Tuesday Nov. 27 from 4-6 p.m. at the Forest Service office in Helena.
Families can create distinctive winter holiday decorations out of pinecones, boughs twigs and berries and other "natural décor" at any of about a dozen craft stations that will be set up for the event.
Families are invited to enjoy creating their own holiday decorations out of the forest's natural décor such as pinecones, boughs, berries, twigs, all while enjoying some cookies.
There will be about 12 nature craft stations for people, of all ages, to make their very own, unique creations to celebrate winter-fun, Christmas, and Hanukkah!
The free Holiday Family Fun Night is open to folks of all ages. The Helena Froest Service office is located at 2880 Skyway Drive. Near the Helena Regional Airport. For more information, contact Kathy Bushnell at 406-495-3747.
