The Lincoln Volunteer Ambulance recognized and thanked the volunteer members of the service at their annual EMS dinner, Jan. 12.
Three members of the Emergency Medical Service were honored for their work over the past year.
Kristie Fry earned the EMS Responder of the Year title, while Bill Frisbee was recognized as EMT of the Year and Ernie Lundberg earned EMR of the year.
The service also recognized the volunteers for their time in service, including their longest serving member, Emily Rundell, who has been with the Ambulance for 33 years Chris Castagne has nearly as much time under his belt, with 30 years and LVA President Aaron Birkholz passed the 15-year mark. Zach Muse, Jim Davis, Bill Cyr and Billy Cyr were all recognized for their five years of service.
