Lincoln athletes set personal records at Missoula meet

Lincoln High School's Azaiah Blotkamp placed second in both the high jump and pole vault at last weekends' KLH Memorial Track Meet in Missoula.

Blotkamp cleared 10 feet, 6 inches in the pole vault and set a personal record in the high jump by clearing the 6-foot mark.

Senior Maggie Jorgensen saw her season's best performance so far in the women's 100-meter with her 13.82 second run for a 5th place finish. She also placed 6th in the long jump by covering 15 feet, 8 inches.

Other Lincoln track athletes who placed among the top 10 finishers in their events included Junior Alexis Cannon, who placed 8th in women's shot put, with a throw that cleared 30 feet, 4.5 inches. Junior Noah Belcher placed 9th in the men's High Jump and set a personal record, clearing 5 feet, 6 inches and fellow Junior Ryan Greenwood placed 10th in Javelin with a personal best throw of 132 feet, 11 inches.

Other personal records set at the KLH Memorial Track Meet include:

Noah Belcher Discus 108 ft., 10.5 in.

Ryan Greenwood Discus 84 ft., 8 in.

Gavin Jorgenson Javelin 108 ft., 1 in.

Bridger Kamps Shot Put 31 ft., 5.5 in.

Maggie Jorgenson Triple Jump 31 ft., 1.5 in.

Jenna Templeton Triple Jump 29 ft., 3 in.

Lindsey Weisner Shot Put 28 ft., 5 in.
