Obituary: Carol Jean Coleman

Carol Jean Coleman; August 13, 1956 - August 5, 2019

Carol loved life, she liked taking care of others, cooking and feeding anyone who wanted to eat. She loved god and went to church whenever her health would let her. She liked making quilts, taking care of the yard and collecting angels. More than anything she loved her family.

Carol was raised in Bonne Terre Missouri with nine brothers and sisters. She loved her children Heather Woodard and Robert Rodgers and her grandchildren Makenzie and Grace Woodard, Robert Rodgers Jr.

She was preceded in death by her father Jim House, her mother Marge Carolyn Turner, sisters Angie Smith and Kathy Bundy, and brother Roy O’Dell Wells.

She is survived by her husband Jeff Coleman, daughter Heather Woodard (David), son Robert Rodgers, grandchildren Robert Rodgers Jr., Makenzie Woodard, Grace Woodard, brothers Bob House (Erin), Jim House (Sherrill), Larry House, Devin Turner, sisters Elaine Swafford (Steve), Julie Mattson, good friend Harry Pettus and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
