Lincoln's newest Realtor brings marketing experience, love of outdoors to new business

A cabin on North 3rd Street is home to the office of Lincoln's newest Realtor, Brenda Lee Stark.

Stark, her husband Colton and their son and daughter-in-law moved to Lincoln in 2018 due to their love of the outdoors.

"Lincoln is a small town, which I love, and I found the community very friendly. It's a beautiful area and, after looking at other locations, we fell in love with Lincoln." Stark said.

The family, who came to Lincoln from Oregon, enjoys hunting, fishing and Stark is also an avid equestrian. She competed with her cutting horses at the national level. Her stallion, Picasos Magic, was a National Cutting Horse Association champion.

Stark, who worked in media marketing for years, decided to make a change when she moved to Lincoln. Real Estate provided a venue for her to combine her marketing expertise with her love of working with people.

She obtained her Montana Real Estate license and immediately went to work for Keller-Williams Capital Realty. She chose to work with Keller-Williams because they provide extensive training to their agents and offer weekly training opportunities to ensure their Realtors are knowledgeable in all aspects of Montana real estate.

They purchased the cabins at 806 3rd Street while they built their current home. One is now her office and the other a vacation rental through Airbnb. Stark recently received the designation of "super-host." According to the Airbnb site, "Superhosts are experienced hosts who provide a shining example for other hosts, and extraordinary experiences for their guests."

Stark said her goal is "to be the agent that sells your home, finds you your next home, and the one that you refer all your friends and family to."

For more information from a qualified agent don't hesitate to call Stark at 406-465-5713.
