With the annual Fireman's Ball Fundraiser a little more than a month away, the Lincoln Volunteer Fire Department is reaching out to Lincoln and surrounding communities, seeking donations for their live and silent auctions, as well as for their bucket raffle. All donations are tax-deductible.
The event, scheduled for Saturday, March 21, at the historic Lincoln Community Hall has been a family favorite for several years.
This year's festivities include a steak dinner, auctions, raffles, music and dancing.
A Henry Goldenboy .44 Magnum Rifle is being raffled off as well. Tickets are 3 for $5 and can be purchased from any of the local firefighters or at Mountain View Coop in Lincoln, where the gun is displayed. Tickets are also available for purchase at most Lincoln bars.
"We can't say enough thanks for the generosity of the folks and businesses in and around the Blackfoot Valley and the support of the cities close by that make this possible," Fire Chief Zach Muse says.
If you would like more information, or to purchase a ticket for the ball or make a donation, you can contact Muse at 406-465-7691.
