Hey Howdy Hey

The Library

Sending out a big Hey Howdy Hey of thanks to the fine folks who run the Lincoln branch of the Lewis and Clark Library.

Recently retired Sherri Wood had been there for over 30 years and did an amazing job. The new branch manager Kate Radford has been there for seven months now, and branch assistant Eleanor Pierce has been there for 20 years. Substitute Sally Bogaert is retiring after six years.

They all do a wonderful job at trying to bring the community together. With Lincoln not having many places for kids to go, the library is quite a blessing. Kids can go in and play X-box and use the computers for games too. They also have a Lego challenge that they do. The library is open more hours on Fridays when school is not in session.

As for myself, I enjoy going there to use the computer when I can. I have been trying to learn guitar and to play the drums and such. Being able to use their computers have been a big help to me. Not only do I enjoy checking out books, I also enjoy the DVD's with the "Back roads of Montana" being my favorite.

The Lincoln branch of the Lewis and Clark library is just another wonderful place to bring family and friends closer together in this little Lincoln town we all call home.

Thank you

God Bless
