Lewis and Clark County 911 Center received fifty-six calls for service during the week of June 28 through July 4, 2020.
Deputies performed twelve traffic stops in the Lincoln area.
Three calls for service generated a case report last week:
On June 29, a deputy took a report about a sex crime in the area of the 100 block of Spring Creek Lane. The report has been rescinded and there is no apparent danger to the community.
Deputies responded to a assault in the 800 block of fourth Street July 2. The incident was investigated and a male was served with a notice to appear.
Deputies took a report from Child Protective Services July 3. The incident remains under investigation.
Other calls for service in the Lincoln area were six 911 hang-ups, one injury crash, three administrative calls, six animal calls, one assault (no charges pursued), one criminal mischief call, one disturbance, one investigative call for service, one property call for service, one suspicious circumstance, one trespass, three VIN inspections, and two welfare checks completed.
Congratulations, we beat last years numbers, in calls for service and cases. It would appear no one was charged with driving under the influence which is huge. We appreciate everyone's efforts at staying safe but having fun at the same time.
