Deputy's Log: Nov. 8-14

Lewis and Clark County 911 Center received nineteen calls for service during the week of Nov. 8 to Nov. 14 2020 in the Lincoln area.

Two of those calls generated a case report last week:

A deputy responded to an unattended death Nov. 13, in the 3000 block of W MT Highway 200, The deceased female was identified and there were not any immediate signs of suspicious causes. The death is still under investigation but at this time the Coroner Division is looking into possible carbon monoxide poisoning. The female had two pets, a cat, found deceased in the home, and a dog, found alive but later died. Carbon monoxide levels in the home were higher than normal.

A deputy responded to a trespass complaint Nov. 13, in the 5000 block of E MT Highway 200. A male was seen on video trespassing on the complainant's property, which was posted no trespassing. The male was served a notice to appear for the charge of trespass and given a court date.

Other calls for service in the Lincoln area last week were three 911 hang-ups, three non-injury crashes, one campground check, one citizen assist, two civil complaints, one family disturbance, two fraud complaints, one road hazard, and one suspicious circumstance.

Lincoln Ambulance and Fire responded to one call for service each.
