A new fence surrounds Stuart Ian Frost's 2019 saw blade inspired installation 'A Place is a Place.' The new fence is designed to both accent the artwork and discourage visitors from climbing through the sculpture, which led to several 'saw teeth' being broken off sculpture. Most pieces were recovered and matched to the correct 'sawblade,' but others had to be replaced. (Roger Dey Photos)
