Deputy's Log

Jan 9 -Jan. 22

The Lewis and Clark County 911 Center received thirty-two calls for service during the weeks of Jan. 9 to Jan. 22 in the Lincoln area.

One of those calls was a traffic stop performed by deputies.

Two of those calls for service generated a case report in the last two weeks:

A deputy responded to a civil issue referencing the use of a vehicle in the Lincoln area Jan. 20. A report was created to document the information.

A deputy responded to Cadotte Creek Road Jan. 22, for a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle has been recovered and person(s) of interest have been identified.

Other calls for service in the Lincoln area were four 911 hang-up calls, six non-injury crashes, two administrative calls for service, three civil issues, one DUI reported, one extra patrol request, one family issue, two investigative calls for service, one suspicious circumstance, one possible theft, and one trespass issue.

Lincoln Ambulance responded to five medical calls for service.

CORRECTION FROM LAST ISSUE: I had stated the county decided to handle the Hooper Park criminal mischief civilly with the suspect. I misspoke and a male was charged with criminal mischief last week in reference to the investigation.
