Valley Christian Eagles varsity men had a tough game against the Lincoln Lynx Friday Feb. 4 and it would have been an evenly matched contest except for a Valley Christian senior named Becker, who scored half of the Eagle points all by himself.
The Lynx men were only two points behind in the second quarter, but their brave and courageous play could not keep up with Becker who could score from NBA range.
Teegan Tybo was top man with 14 points followed by Andrew Brown with 13 and Kayden Tybo with nine. Brown, always reliable at the free throw line, had five successful charity points and an in-your-face defense that caused him to foul out in the fourth quarter.
Come on out and support your Lincoln teams at their next home game Friday, February 11th against Drummond starting at 5:30.
