ReNae Anderson Gellatly

May 4, 1940, to Oct 19, 2022

ReNae Gellatly, wife of Kenneth Gellatly and sister-in-law to DeAnne Asher, passed at her home in Lincoln, Mont. from congestive heart failure.

ReNae was born Myrle ReNae Anderson in Brigham City, Utah to Elmer and Myrtle Anderson. She graduated from Weber High School in Ogden, Utah. ReNae worked at Hill AFB, Utah and Tooele Army Depot as a diesel mechanic in Utah. She had many other jobs throughout her life. ReNae was very active in her LDS church, having gone through temple three times in Utah.

She was married to George Keith Powell, who passed in 2008 in Grantsville, Utah. She and Kenneth found each other again and remarried in 2012 when she moved to Lincoln.

ReNae LOVED everyone, never had a bad word to say about anyone. She ALWAYS had a hug and kiss for all. She was forever cracking jokes and never had a bad bone in her being. ReNae had the very best attitude right to the end.

We want to give so many thanks to Compassus (hospice) in Helena, Leigh Ann, Carrie, Sara, and others for ALL their nursing help, and a special THANK YOU to Leigh Ann for being there comforting her until the end. ReNae loved all of you and was thankful for you. Darlene Yates, for the many meals you brought ReNae to have lunch with her, she loved you loads, as did everyone. Pastor Dave and Lisa Carroll, thank you for all your support and prayers. So many to mention, but a true love to all of you. Sorry for everyone I have missed in family and friends.

Renae had no children. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Gellatly, Lincoln, Mont .; sister-in-law DeAnne Asher and family, Lincoln, Mont .; sister-in-law Peggy Harris and family, Missoula, Mont .; sister-in-law Georgia Gellatly and family, Utah; nephew Trever (Heather) Asher and family, Kalispell, Mont .; niece Misty (Jack) Asher Howell and family, Hungry Horse, Mont .; cousin Randy (Linda) Young and family, Blackfoot, Idaho. Aunt Pauline, Idaho; nieces Kelly Barnet and Karen Richardson and families, Utah; brother-in-law Darell Kidman, Ogden, Utah; nephews Todd, Troy, Corey, Scott; niece Robyn Riches, Henefer, Utah and families; Best friend Bunkey and family, Roundup, Mt.

Preceding her in death were her Dad and Mom, twin brother Ralph, sister Louise and many other family. Sorry if we missed anyone.

Thank all of you for your support. You are the best. Sorry for everyone we missed, just know ReNae was genuine in her love to all of you and all her family and friends. Thank you ReNae for your kindness, compassion, giving, and care. RIP ReNae, we will miss you forever. You are Home with the Lord and healthy. GOD BLESS YOU.

There will be no services, per ReNae’s wishes. Memorial donations can be made to the Lincoln Volunteer Fire Department or Lincoln Volunteer Ambulance.
