Deputy's Log Jan 1- Jan 26 2023

The Lewis and Clark County 911 Center received 49 calls for service in the Lincoln area between Jan. 1 and Jan. 26, 2023. 

Six of those calls were traffic stops performed by deputies.    =

We had three calls for service create case numbers: 

A deputy responded to an address in Lincoln Jan. 12, for assault allegations called in by Child and Family Services.  The report has been forwarded to our detective division who will conduct interviews with the family to determine the legitimacy of the report.     

A deputy responded to the 100 block of Sleepy Hollow Lane Jan. 20 for a report of a disturbance. The complainant could hear a male and female arguing and possibly physically fighting in their hotel room. The deputy interviewed all parties involved and determined there was no crime.  A case must be made documenting all domestic cases even if it is determined verbal or unfounded.   

A deputy affected an arrest warrant Jan. 20 on a male who was seen walking out in public and identified by the deputy.  The male was taken into custody for said warrant and transported to the detention center in Helena.       

Other calls for service in the Lincoln area were three 911 hang-ups, seven crashes, two administrative calls for service, four citizen assist, two civil type calls, one disturbance, one extra patrol, one false alarm, one fish and game call, two road hazards, one investigation, three suspicious circumstance, one vin inspection, one warrant check, and four welfare checks. Lincoln Ambulance responded to five medical calls for service.
