Public Notice: Lincoln RID

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to 7-12-2159, MCA, that on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., in Room 330 of the City-County Building, 316 N. Park Avenue, Helena, MT, the Lewis and Clark County Board of Commissioners will hear comments or objections to the final adoption of the resolution to levy and assess a special assessment to defray the cost of maintenance within the Lincoln RID (2004-6), in accordance with 7-12-2158, MCA.

Additionally, there will be a listening session held in person during the Lincoln Government Day on August 4, 2023, at the Lincoln Library, 102 9th Ave. S., Lincoln, MT.

The Resolution is on file in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder and is subject to inspection.
